One-to-One coaching available

Now a Certified HeartMath® Interventions Practitioner and HeartMath® UK Licensed 1:1 Provider, Claralynn is now offering individual sessions.

Additionally, individual sessions are available to deepen or refresh your practice of Compassionate Communication by:

learning Compassionate Communication skills and ways of applying them;

practicing those skills, including homework suggestions;

self-empathy or relationships with others.

Please note that couples counseling is not available, as this is a specialised practice. However, it is possible to meet with each party 1-to-1.
